Sundays 1:30pm-3:00pm
September 13-December 6 (NO CLASS Sept 27, Oct 18, and Oct 25)
Creative Healing & Fitness, Lyndonville, Vermont
Learn information and skills to better manage PTSD. Connect to yogic principles that support growth and change through the asana (postures). As the skills build on each other, this is not a “drop-in” class, nor is it a replacement for ongoing mental health services.
About the instructor:
With nearly two decades of experience helping others navigate trauma, Daniel Miller believes that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be truly present and find our innate courage. As a dual-licensed counselor (LCMHC/LADC) in three states, an EMDR certified therapist, and recently certified YTT-200 instructor, Daniel blends clinical expertise with the restorative power of yoga. His academic background in religious studies and professional counseling provides a grounded, soulful foundation for every class. Because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy, he weaves in the playfulness and presence of a seasoned clown and comedian, inviting students to rediscover joy and lightness within themselves.
All backgrounds, people, humans, and other identified primates are welcome!
Class limited to 8 participants.
Preregistration and screening required. Contact: Bald.Monkey.Yoga@proton.me or by phone at (802) 274-4057.
Don’t delay! Registration closes September 6th.
